The overall aim of the PPG is to develop a positive and constructive relationship between patients, the Practice and the wider community, ensuring that the practice remains accountable and responsive to its patients needs.

All registered patients are welcome to join the PPG although, in the interests of effective decision making, a core group has been established. Specialist sub-groups may be formed to deal with specific topics utilising individual skills and interests. 

If you are interested in joining the PPG, you can pick up a form from reception or from your doctor. Alternatively, you can download a form by clicking on PPG Leaflet.

The aim of the group is to provide patients, GPs and staff with the opportunity to exchange ideas and information and then to take to action.
