This does NOT include:

Acute prescriptions

Weekly or fortnightly prescriptions

Prescriptions for which you have a batch-prescribing arrangement with the doctor

We will however endeavour to send you a reply confirming receipt of your request and to confirm that it has been dealt with, within 1 working day.
