   We have introduced a new computer system at the surgery, and along side this there is  a secure web based prescriptions ordering service and  a new link has now appeared above.
    We would prefer if you could use the new system as soon as possible as we are wanting to phase out the old system as soon as possible
    PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CANNOT ORDER ACUTE PRESCRIPTIONS ON EITHER  SYSTEM, SO PLEASE DO NOT TRY AS THIS CAUSES PROBLEMS FOR OUR STAFF AS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DEAL WITH THESE EASILY.

Please note that there is no facility to acknowledge receipt of your request, and initially please allow a little extra time as this is a new system. Please note that if you have come to the limit of your repeat prescriptions the item may well not be visible and this should be an indicator that you need to make an appointment with your usual GP.

 

You can also use the form below to request repeat prescriptions, but this method will cease in due course hopefully in the next month or two, so please arrange to start using the new method asap.

 

This does NOT include:

Acute prescriptions

Weekly or fortnightly prescriptions

Prescriptions for which you have a batch-prescribing arrangement with the doctor

 

Security

Your request will be sent to the surgery by un-encrypted e-mail, which cannot be guaranteed to be secure. If you are unhappy about using e-mail, please do not use this service. We will however endeavour to send you a reply confirming receipt of your request and to confirm that it has been dealt with, within 1 working day.
